Swimming Meditation

A few moments in the water,
swimming laps, looking at the blue bottom.
Sun sparkles madly flickering.
Winterized muscles stretching,
reaching the extra few inches.
Someone wants to share my lane.
He can kick hard and the waves
from his legs wash over me
each time we pass.
Such is it with all beings,
but more pronounced in water.
