Tide Pools

Tide pools fill from abundant sea,
holding tiny colorful swimmers,
allowing suction-tipped critters
to cling to rocky walls of wonder.

So is my dark space within
opened always to a mysterious wash
that swells in and out by mooned force
and fills me with incessant splash.
